About The Area
Willimantic is a village of Windham, CT that’s home to about 18,000. It was originally incorporated as a city in 1893, but became a part of Windham in 1983. It is also the location of Eastern Connecticut State University, the second-oldest campus in the Connecticut State University System and third-oldest public university in the state.
