About The Area<\/h5>\n

Old Lyme is a seaside town in New London County, Connecticut. It boasts beautiful beaches like Soundview<\/a> as well as a vast artistic community. <\/p>\n

The Florence Griswold Museum<\/a>, situated in the former home of its namesake, features the work of American Impressionist paintings. Also located in Old Lyme is the Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts<\/a>, founded in 1976. The school offers a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in painting, sculpture, illustration and drawing as well as a post-baccalaureate and 3-year certificate program.<\/p>\n
